You need to know how to order bacon, no? Well, you can use “bacon” in French. Simple as that.
The only trick to watch out for is that some people pronounce it slightly different. As a young and trendy person, I say it exactly the same as in English.
My grandma and mom however would definitely add a French twist to the pronunciation: they say the “a” like in “le chat” and the “on” like in “bonbon.” But you can just say bacon.
Je voudrais du bacon, s’il-vous-plaît! (I would like some bacon, please!)
Pour le petit-déjeuner, j’adore les oeufs et le bacon. (For breakfast, I love eggs and bacon.)
