You obviously need to know this one if you are hungry! It is the same word as in English, the only difference is with the pronunciation. The “t” at the end is silent and, of course, pronounce the two “r’s” the French way.
Je vais au restaurant avec mes amis (I am going to the restaurant with my friends.)
Mon restaurant français préféré est le cochon gourmet (My favorite French restaurant is the gourmet pig.)
